We're not responsible for any mental health symptoms you experience
You agree that you believe you are experiencing a paranormal haunting and not a mental health condition. We trust that you're able to make an informed decision regarding this.

You agree that we are not responsible for making your mental health worse. Although we want to avoid this, we are only human.

You understand that we are not mental health professionals, and therefore we do not have the experience to make a proper assessment on you or the situation (what you are experiencing).
We encourage you to seek medical treatment for any case we work on so you can heal and reach a diagnosis. If you are worried about a medical professional not believing in your experiences, we recommend that you mention that you are spiritual and your background.
Although we provide a free consultation, we are not a free service
We will always provide you a quote on the services that we feel are needed for you to your email address provided through the contact form. Any signature that you provide back to us through your email account means that the quote has been approved and must be paid.

If you have not paid for the services, we will not continue our services with you.

Refund policy
You agree that there are no refunds for our services listed on the website (thealleycatparanormal.com). We would rather you explain to us why you feel this is necessary, and we may provide a refund or we may not.
